Abstract

On the basis of traditional slicing algorithm, this paper mainly carries out optimization design from two parts: hierarchical algorithm and fill path planning. Based on the layer area change rate of adjacent layer, an improved adaptive stratification algorithm is proposed, and the complete flow is given. A path filling method combining contour bias and Hilbert curve is selected in the slice path filling planning. The structure design and simulation of the nozzle device are carried out, and the conveying capacity and extrusion speed are selected as the performance evaluation indexes of the nozzle. A 3D printing scheme of robot arm based on collaborative control is proposed, which realizes synchronous control of the robot arm module and the extrusion module. Then the simulation experiment platform is built with MATLAB software, and the simulation experiment of the printing process of the model is carried out to verify the rationality of the scheme.
