Abstract
PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk through the Research and Development working with State Polytechnic of Jakarta want to make a 3D concrete printer machine with a larger dimension of 6 m3. According to research that has been done on 3DCP 1 m3, the problem of delay in the data transfer process from local control to the driving motor often occurs. The purpose of this research is to create an optimal electrical and control system for a 6 m3 3D concrete printer. The method used in the control system and electrical 3D concrete printer machine must be systematic and scientific. Such as determining the driving motor, determining the controller, determining the data communication system, and designing the placement of cables in the mechanical circuit of a 3D concrete printer. After analyzing and testing the optimal data communication system is to use a cable. The amount of torque needed is 41.7 Nm so that the right driving motor is a stepper motor with a leadshine NEMA 51 13,045 HS with a holding torque of 45 Nm and a DM2282 motor driver. Transferring data 30 times with a cable length of 30 m using Arduino controller obtained a linear graph with an R square between RPM and delay microsecond of 0.9969.
